A CRM is a system for managing a company's interactions with customers.

It involves technologies to organise and automate sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support. A CRM can handle many tasks and is the data hub for all interactions a company may have with existing and potential customers. The requirements a client may have from these systems varies widely and are regurlarly unique to a specific client. For this reason we develop bespoke system's that properly meet a clients needs rather than modifying an 'off the shelf' solution.

Through its collaboration with Ecom Ireland, Echo Media is involved in the development and maintenance of a wide range of CRM systems.
